Learned Counsel for the petitioner has raised an objection that though the petitioner has performed well in the process of selection, conducted pursuant to advertisement no.4 of 2020 for selection of forester, he has not been declared successful in the result (Annexure-05) dated 30.06.2022. The submission is that because the petitioner has not been supplied his marks, he is not in a position to know the

In view thereof, the limited grievance today is that he be informed of his marks to which learned counsel for the Central Board of Constable Recruitment for Bihar Forester 2020 submits that the same would be supplied to the petitioner within two weeks, if he makes an application for the same. In view thereof, nothing remains in the writ petition. Writ petition is disposed of.
