2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 228 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 308, 354-B, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 14.05.2022 at about 2:00 p.m., when informant was getting ready to attend marriage ceremony. In the meantime, all the accused persons including these petitioners came and started abusing informant and attacked upon him with iron rod, sharp edged iron weapon and butt of pistol. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners both parties are next door neighbours and due to dispute over garbage, a scuffle took place between parties in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. The charge-sheet has already been submitted. Petitioners are in custody since 03.04.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 228 of 2022.
