JUSTICE RAMESH CHAND MALVIYA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI) 11-12-2023 In the present M.J.C. petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"1. That the instant application is being filed by the petitioner for modification of order dated 28.03.2018 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Madhuresh Prasad in Civil Review No. 135 of 2017."

2. In para-03 stated as under:

Patna High Court MJC No.3829 of 2018(3) dt.11-12-2023 2/2 "3. That the petitioner had earlier filed Civil Review No. 135 of 2017 for reviewing of Judgment and order dated 08.09.2016 by which Letters Patent Appeal No. 543 of 2014 was dismissed."

3. Having regard to the fact that petitioner suffered in L.P.A No. 543 of 2014 and Civil Review No. 135 of 2017, question of filing MJC to recall the order dated 28.03.2018 or to modify the order dated 28.03.2018 is not warranted by means of filing M.J.C.

4. Accordingly, the present M.J.C. is not maintainable & stands dismissed.
