2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 94 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 1 Kg and 30 grams of Charas has been recovered from the pick-up van.

4. The co-accused, who were arrested, had taken the name of the petitioner who is in jail since 3.3.2025.

5. Since the co-accused persons had taken the name of the petitioner who were arrested with Charas and the co-accused have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 8.1.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 86305 of 2024 and order dated 18.01.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 581 of 2025, this application is

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, East Champaran, Motihari/concerned Court below in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 94 of 2024, subject to the condition that the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Sugauli Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. After being released on bail, the petitioner is directed to cooperate in the trial by appearing personally till the framing of charge and after framing of charge he is directed to cooperate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
