The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail as earlier in the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the bail application.

The Court presently does not find any new ground for considering the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Hence, prayer for bail is rejected in connection with S.Tr. No. 197 of 2021 arising out of Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 615 of 2020 pending in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38856 of 2022(2) dt.27-07-2022 2/2 the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Buxar/successor Court.
