2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323 , 341 , 342, 325 , 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case , allegation against this petitioner is of commission of assault by means of Khanti due to which informant sustained injury . Doctor has found the injury simple in nature .

4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

5 Considering the nature of injury and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41260 of 2024(3) dt.19-08-2024 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM VI Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. case No. 20 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
