2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 653/2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of B.N.S. and Sections 25(1-B) and 26 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to be involved in forging arms license.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that he has eight criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 18.06.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner as well as the criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
