The petitioner seeks bail in P.R. Alamganj P. S. Case No. 45 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 32(3) of Bihar Excise (Prohibition) Amendment Act, 2016 .

In the written report, it is alleged that total 20 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 22.4.2019.

Keeping in view the period of custody already spent by petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with
