The present writ application has been filed for issuance of a direction upon the respondent Authorities to appoint the petitioner on the post of Assistant Professor against Advertisement No.73/2014 after giving 3 months more time/extension to the petitioner for joining the post and further to quash the letter no.3024-Est-I dated 02.12.2019 to the extent

Patna High Court CWJC No.10157 of 2022(8) dt.16-05-2024 2/2 it directs the petitioner to join in the Office of Registrar latest by 14.12.19 otherwise, after that date, time would not be extended. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Registrar, Jai Prakash University, Chapra (respondent no.5) for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, a representation is filed by the petitioner, before the respondent no.5, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and speaking order shall be passed, thereon, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his counsel, within a period of ten weeks, thereafter.

The present writ application is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
