2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the

Patna High Court MJC No.1157 of 2018 dt.06-02-2019 2/2 judgment of this Court dated 03.03.2016 passed in CWJC No. 2171 of 2014.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite parties, Annexure - S/1, whereof being an order dated 21.01.2019 passed by the Executive Director, Indian Oil Corporation Limited (Marketing Division), Bihar State Office, Patna discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 1157 of 2018 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case she is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, she may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
