The petitioner apprehends arrest in Tekari P.S. Case No. 208 of 2014 dated 20.07.2014 instituted under Sections 341/323/504/325/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is the full brother of the informant and even as per the F.I.R. petitioner has only abused the informant without there being any other allegation much less any overt or covert act attributed to him.
Learned A.P.P. submits that in such view of the matter, the petitioner was not required to come before the Court seeking anticipatory bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42769 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Tekari P.S. Case No. 208 of 2014, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J.) Anand Kr.
