The opposite party no.7 has made a statement that the marriage certificate, copy whereof has been appended as Annexure-2 to the petition, is not disputed.

It is also not disputed that the opposite party no.7 has attained the age of majority and she has stated that she is in a relationship with the petitioner out of her own free will. The petition has been filed as a habeas corpus petition and in the wake of the facts that have been brought on record, it will be open to the opposite party no.7 to live as per her choice. Disposed of.

The bank draft of Rs.10,000/- has been received by the opposite party no.7 in Court for which she shall issue an appropriate receipt.
