This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Harnaut P.S. Case No.235 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The vehicle of the informant and some cash were looted by some unknown criminals.

The name of the petitioner has come during the investigation. No T.I. parade has been held. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 02.03.2023. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing nine months of judicial

No.42216 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 custody and after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 235 of 2022.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Harnaut Police Station, District-Nalanda on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
