====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-06-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 253 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 307, 387, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown miscreants have fired at the shop for demand of extortion money.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2024. The charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38922 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. The petitioner was in custody and he has planned the entire crime, which has come during investigation. The petitioner is accused in twenty five similar and serious cases.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
