The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 15 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 20/22/23/27 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner was plying the motorcycle and Sharwan Sah was sitting behind the motorcycle, from whom 1.800 Kg. Ganja was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.03.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the quantity of Ganja is not commercial
