The petitioner is in custody in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No.47 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356, 379, 411, 413,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against this petitioner is that petitioner and others were involved in snatching handbag containing money of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2019.

Considering the facts that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
