Without going into the veracity of the claims purely on merits, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 18.4.2014 is hereby confirmed in connection with Nardiganj P.S. case No.146 of 2013 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.
