By the impugned order dated 23.12.2014, the learned District Judge, Bettiah has rejected the Miscellaneous Case filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of title appeal to any other competent court. Therefore, by the order it cannot be said that the District Judge has no jurisdiction to reject the application or it has occasion to any failure of justice so as to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction.

Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
