Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the course of investigation, the police found the allegation to be false and accordingly submitted final form finding the case to be false. He may, therefore, be permitted to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty that if cognizance is taken, the petitioners may file a fresh anticipatory bail application.
