Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 149 of 2014 registered under Sections304(B), 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking note of this fact that the petitioner No. 1 is cousin brother-in-law whereas; petitioner Nos. 2 & 3 are cousin parents-in-law of the deceased, let the petitioners named-above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 149 of 2014
