2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 267 of 2025 registered for offences under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 read with Section 37 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners under the influence of alcohol, fatally attacked the informant and his two sons, causing injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners are quite innocent and have not committed any

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the seriousness of the allegations levelled against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. However, the petitioner may surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from today and pray for regular bail, if so advised.

9. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
