In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 35 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under section 25 (a-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act along with section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. During patrolling, the police received secret information that the petitioner has kept wine in his house for selling on the occasion of Holi thereafter the police raided his house and recovered 32.835 litres of foreign liquor along with a pistol.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not
