2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 of the Indian Penal Code to which later on Sections 302 and 301/34 was added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing a six year old boy after kidnapping him.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2024.

5. From the letter dated 08.10.2025, written by the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur, it appears that all the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37396 of 2025(3) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 witnesses have been examined in this case.

6. Considering the fact that the trial is on the verge of conclusion, this application is dismissed.
