However, as directed by this Court, an explanation has been furnished by the Incharge First Additional Sessions Judge, Bagaha, West Champaran dated 10.3.2021. Perused the explanation. Way back on 29th of January, 2020 in Cr. Misc. No. 2925 of 2020 direction was issued for day to day conduct of the trial but the trial court has totally ignored the aforesaid direction issued by this Court.
