For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ranjan Kumar Jha For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Pradip Nr.Kumar (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-06-2016 At the very outset, Sri Ranjan Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner, honestly submitted that during the pendency of the present petition charge has already been framed. He submits that present petition was filed against order of rejection of discharge petition.
Keeping in view the fact that charge has already been framed, meaning thereby that trial has already commenced, it would not be appropriate for this court to examine the correctness of the impugned order. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
