Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jaley P. S. case no. 65/2014 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the IPC.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he gave dagger blow near below right eye of the injured Chandan Kumar and also gave teeth bite blow.

Annexure 3 to this petition reveals that injured Chandan Kumar sustained two incised wounds but the aforesaid injuries have been found simple in nature though said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon. Moreover, there is case and counter case between the parties and there was previous litigation between them. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four

No.3463 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2015 weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga at Laheriasarai in Jaley P. S. case no. 65/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
