The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 281 of 2020 dated 03.06.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25-a(1-b)/26/35 of the Arms Act.

It appears that eleven live cartridges were recovered from the personal possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35741 of 2020(2) dt.19-01-2021 2/2 that the house where the raid is said to have been conducted does not belong to the petitioner and the petitioner is stated to have visited that house. There is nothing on record to indicate that the petitioner had delivered any firearm to owner of the house.

The petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2020 and in the cases, in which he was earlier made accused, he has been granted bail.

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Laheriasarai P.S.
