Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with A.P.M. (Ashok Paper Mill) PS Case No. 89/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 354,(B), 447, 448, 506/34 of the IPC.

As per First Information Report, the petitioner along with other accused person entered into the house of informant with malice intention and when the informant heard the noise of their arrival, they started fleeing away and the informant chased them, in the meanwhile, the petitioner assaulted the informant in his stomach by means of broken bottle made of glass.

He next submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.12.2020. Charge-sheet has been submitted.

Regards being had to the submissions made by the parties and taking into consideration the material on record and the fact that both the parties are co-villagers, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, he is in custody since 08.12.2020. and the charge-sheet has been submitted in the matter, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, SHIV JEE SADAI be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri L.K. Rajak, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Darbhanga/the court concerned in connection with A.P.M. (Ashok Paper Mill) PS Case No. 89/2020. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) perwez U T
