1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

This writ application has been filed for commanding the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioners for acquisition of their land appertaining to Khata No. 64, Plot No. 422, Area- 56 1⁄4 decimals, situated at MauzaJujharpur, Anchal- Nuaon, Thana No. 236, P.S.- Nuaon, DistrictKaimur at Bhabhua, which has been acquired for the purposes of construction of canal.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners requests for disposal of the present writ application granting liberty to the petitioners to move before the appropriate authority, in accordance with law, which may be available to the them.
