20-05-2016 Heard Sri Nand Kishore Prasad, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Madan Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
Two petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Complaint Case No. 22(C) of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 120(B), 323, 341, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that even after payment of entire consideration amount, the complainant had falsely filed the complaint case for taking some more money.

No.22521 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 Keeping in view the facts particularly the facts disclosed in the complaint petition, the Court is satisfied that it is a fit case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let both the petitioners namely Pappu Kumar and Rabindra Singh be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Randhir Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 22 (C) of 2014 subject to condition as contemplated under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
