The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Section 498A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Punita Devi, wife of Anil Ram, made allegation of demand of dowry and torture. She also alleged that her husband solemnized second marriage.

It is submitted that the petitioner is the brother-inlaw of the informant. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the informant, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34250 of 2014 (2) dt.12-02-2015 2/2 learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Madhubani Mahila P.S. Case No.05 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
