By order dated 23.09.2022, the petitioner was given second chance to comply with the aforesaid order dated 12.08.2022 but again no requisite has been filed. Today also, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the application and he is unnecessarily wasting time of the Court.
