However, on repeat call the petitioner was again not represented.

2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 09.02.2016

3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the petitioner himself did not comply with the terms of the judgment of this Court dated 09.02.2016 passed in CWJC No. 9044 of 2014 and did not file representation within the stipulated time of two weeks from the date of the judgment rather a copy of the representation dated 02.11.2017 has been enclosed which has been filed after inordinate delay.
