Mr. Krishna Prasad Singh, learned senior Advocate seeks restoration of Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 1011 of 2018. From the order dated 20.07.2021, it appears that the learned Senior Advocate had not pressed this application as no objection had been taken from his instructing counsel.

Later, the petitioner did not want a no objection

However, once an order has been passed dismissing the appeal on the ground of same not having been pressed, no order of restoration can be passed. If the appellant so desires, he may file a fresh appeal before this Court.
