1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as petitioner has antecedent of three cases and informant alleges that petitioner assaulted him by knife causing injury on head, further from perusal of the injury report (Annexure-2), it manifests that a sharp cut injury was found on the left side of orbital area with profuse bleeding which has been opined to be grievous, but then the doctor records that the

4. The Court completely fails to appreciate that when injury was sharp cut, how the same could have been caused by hard and blunt substance, it appears that petitioner, in order to falsify the allegation, got the said injury report made wherein it has been stated that the injury was caused by hard blunt substance when the injury is sharp cut.

5. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
