JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-06-2016 Heard Sri (Dr.) Amrendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, invoking inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has prayed for quashing of an order dated 10.09.2013 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Buxar in Sessions Trial No.116 of 2012,arising out of Buxar (M) P.S.Case no.39 of 2012 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substance Act. By the said order, the learned Addl. Sessions Judge has rejected the petition for discharge filed on behalf of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has tried to persuade the Court that the order impugned is liable to be set aside, whereas on perusal of the impugned order, I do not find any

The petition stands dismissed.
