JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2018 The short grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent-Bank is not calculating the outstanding loan amount properly and is not considering the scheme of the Government of India pertaining to education loan specially relating to the interest portion, for a certain period.
Patna High Court CWJC No.2505 of 2017(2) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 In view of the short prayer made by the petitioner herein, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Regional Manager, Central Bank of India, Maurya Lok, Patna by filing a petition regarding his grievances whereafter the respondent-Bank shall make endeavours to settle the dispute amicably by adhering to the Government of India policy with regard to education loan and thereafter, would give a detailed statement of account to the petitioner herein pertaining to the outstanding loan. The entire process is directed to be completed within a period of six weeks from the date, the petitioner approaches the respondent- Bank. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
