JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-04-2015 Annexure- 8 in relation to the petitioner is under challenge in the present writ application, which is dated 18.10.2014. The legality or otherwise of this decision has been gone into extensively by this Court in CWJC No.22145 of 2014, decided on 13.1.2015, which was the case of Dr Deo Chandra Choudhary vs. LN Mithila University. The rational and reasoning provided in the said decision also applies to the case of the present petitioner. In yet another writ application filed by Dr Sushil Jha vide CWJC No.2048 of 2015, this Court had occasion to consider Annexure- 5 and allowed that writ application for similar rational and reasoning.

In view of the same, when nothing new is emerging in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1927 of 2015 dt.24-04-2015 2/2 counter affidavit with regard to the serious legal omissions in the decision and the decision making process, this writ application is allowed. Annexure- 8 insofar as it relates to the present petitioner stands quashed.
