The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 448, 380, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that it is apparent from the F.I.R. that there is dispute with regard to the partition of the properties between the informant and the petitioners who are residing in the same house. It is also submitted that in fact the informant is the full brother of petitioner no.5, Suresh Singh Yadav and petitioner nos.1 to 4 are sons of Suresh Singh Yadav. It is also contended

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Kisan yadav @ Sunil Yadav, Anil Yadav, Nishu Yadav, Nikesh Yadav @ Nish Yadav and Suresh Singh Yadav be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Dhansoi P.S. Case No.96/14, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
