The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahkar P.S. Case No. 199 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370 and 374 of the Indian Penal Code Sections 3, 4, 7 of the Human Trafficking Act, 2005, Section 14 of the Child Labour Act, 2015 and Section 79 of the J.J. Act, 2015.

The petitioner is involved in Child trafficking. In such
