JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 21.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nanpur P. S. case no. 270/2014 registered under sections 304B, 201 and 120B of the IPC.

Admittedly, petitioner no.1 is elder brother-in-law whereas petitioner no.2 I sister-in-law of deceased and no specific overt-act has been attributed against both petitioners. Moreover, it appears from perusal of the first information report that information regarding death of the deceased was given by husband of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, particularly, keeping in mind relation of the petitioners with deceased, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2850 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Nanpur P. S. case no. 270/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
