The petitioners have filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 29.04.2022, whereby while granting bail to the petitioners in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 84 of 2021, the petitioners were directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to miscalculation of dates, the petitioners could not surrender within the prescribed time.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47685 of 2022(2) dt.07-09-2022 2/2 taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the contents of the modification application, the Court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner. The order dated 29.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58110 of 2021 is modified and the time granted to the petitioners in the said order to surrender in the learned Court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
