Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nanpur P. S. case no. 223/2014 registered under sections 409 and 420 of the IPC.
Petitioner was working as revenue karamchari at the relevant time and it is alleged that he did not deposit collected amount in time but learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards annexure 4 to the petition and submitted that circle officer has issued a certificate to this effect that entire dues have already been deposited by the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3923 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2015 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Nanpur P. S. case no. 223/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
