The petitioner seeks bail in Rajpur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. 216 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from a Car and this petitioner is one of the occupants of that car. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of vehicle in question and he was simply a copassenger. Petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing
