20.03.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Dispute has arisen because of property, which both the parties are claiming. This could be one of the reasons for instituting a case against the present petitioners, making all kinds of allegations, especially when these petitioners have also filed a criminal case more than a year ago against the said persons. In totality of the circumstances, anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37083 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria S.T. & S.C. P. S. Case No. 89 of 2013, which shall be abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
