JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 07-08-2015 Mr. Dinu Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel for the State is present. The petitioner seeks a direction to the Chief Executive Officer, Magadh Dairy Project, Gaya to produce the proceedings wherein the private respondents have been elected as Secretary and Chairman of the Dudh Utpadan Sahayog Samiti, Barpa in the district of Gaya.

It is by now well settled that no writ lies against a

Patna High Court CWJC No.2265 of 2015 (2) dt.07-08-2015 2/2 cooperative society. The remedy for the petitioner lies under the provisions of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935 and the rules framed thereunder and if so advised he can take recourse to the same.
