The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case under sections 304B,201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that her husband had already been allowed regular bail and the allegations are omnibus and general in nature. In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in yogapatti Police station Case No. 295 of 2013. The trial court would expedite the trial.
