2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 / 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner, with the help of other co-accused persons, kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

4. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has also supported the prosecution case. The victim was minor at the time of incident.
