JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that from the informant's house two cows and a calf were stolen when the informant received information through mobile on train and from the window of the running train, he saw this petitioner taking away the cattle when on seeing the police, the petitioner escaped from the scene leaving the cattle. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the employee of NTPC and only on suspicion, the accusation has been levelled.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3424 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2015 2/2 arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 302 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
