Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 449, 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute, the petitioner, allegedly, caused injury at the head of the informant with lathi. The Doctor has found injury simple in nature and there is no allegation of repetition of blow. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif/successor Court in connection with Sare
